• Orders over $100: Free standard shipping, automatically applied

Once dispatched (usually within 1 to 2 business days):

• Metro areas: 3 to 5 business days
• Regional areas: 5 to 7 business days
• Remote areas: 7 to 10 business days

You will get a tracking number the moment your order leaves us.

Socks go in a padded bubble mailer to keep it lightweight and secure. Bottles ship in a custom-fit box to protect against transit bumps. No unnecessary waste or over-packaging.

They are One Size Fits Most and comfortably fit AU shoe sizes 7 to 12. If you are outside that range, reach out and we will give you an honest answer.

Stainless steel. It is double-walled and vacuum insulated. Keeps your drink cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12.

You have 14 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email us at beyondtheshift2025@gmail.com with your order number and we will take care of it. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

Take a photo and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will get a replacement out without requiring you to return the damaged item.
