Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Selected international destinations are also available at checkout, including the United States and European Union. Availability can vary by product and destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Our current checkout rates are:

  • Australia standard shipping: $12
  • Australian orders $100 and over: Free standard shipping, automatically applied
  • Selected international destinations: $30 standard shipping

The final available rate is shown at checkout for your delivery address and products.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once dispatched (usually within 1 to 2 business days):

  • Metro areas: 3 to 5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5 to 7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7 to 10 business days

You will get a tracking number the moment your order leaves us.

How is my order packaged?

Socks go in a padded bubble mailer to keep it lightweight and secure. Bottles ship in a custom-fit box to protect against transit bumps. No unnecessary waste or over-packaging.

What size are the socks?

They are One Size Fits Most and comfortably fit AU shoe sizes 7 to 12. If you are outside that range, reach out and we will give you an honest answer.

What is the water bottle made of?

Our 1L bottle is made from 18/8 stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation, designed to keep your drink at temperature for hours.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email us at beyondtheshift2025@gmail.com with your order number and we will take care of it. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

Please take a photo and contact us at beyondtheshift2025@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery where possible. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, return or refund as appropriate. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Shopify Payments, plus PayPal. More options are coming soon.
