Changed Your Mind?

We want you to love your Beyond The Shift gear. If you have a change of heart, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition, with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service via Australia Post.

Need a Different Size?

If the fit is not quite right, we are here to help. Contact us within 14 days and we can arrange an exchange. To ensure the best experience, we always recommend double-checking our Size Guide before purchasing. Once we receive your original, unworn item back at our warehouse, we will dispatch your new size promptly.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We aim for perfection, but if something has gone wrong on our end, we will make it right. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please take a photo and contact us at beyondtheshift2025@gmail.com within 7 days. We will work with you to arrange a swift replacement, return, or refund at no extra cost to you.

How Refunds are Processed

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please keep in mind that individual bank processing times can vary.

Items Not Eligible for Return
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
  • Sale items, unless they are found to be damaged or faulty
