1. General

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes means you accept the newly updated version.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, though minor variations may occasionally occur.
• Prices may change at any time. However, any changes will not affect orders that are already confirmed.

3. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm your details are accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if this happens.
• Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not touch or store your credit card information.
• An order confirmation email is not an absolute guarantee of dispatch. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will contact you directly.

4. Shipping

• We ship Australia-wide only via Australia Post.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, extreme weather, or events outside of our direct control.
• Once the package is handed to Australia Post, the risk of loss passes to the buyer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our returns process is laid out clearly in our Shipping & Returns page. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in full and are not affected by anything written in these Terms. Major faults entitle you to a complete refund or a replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site, including the Beyond The Shift name, logo, photography, copy, and design, belongs to us. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of it without our prior written permission.

7. Use of the Site

Please do not use this site for anything unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. That includes scraping content, attempting to access restricted areas, or impersonating us or another user.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage. Nothing here removes rights you hold under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
